Sign it with love

Author & Dedication

Finish the book with the names and words that make it a true keepsake. Add your own author credit and an optional dedication, creating a personal message your child can return to long after the first reading.

Choose Who Gets the Byline

Every BooklyBot book includes an author credit on its title page. Keep BooklyBot as the author, use your own name, or credit the people who created the book together - Mum and Dad, Grandma, a whole family or anyone else who belongs beneath the title.

The story may be brought to life with BooklyBot, but the idea, choices and love behind it come from you. The byline makes that part of the finished book.

Write a Personal Dedication

Say why the book was made and who it is for. Mark a birthday, welcome a new arrival, celebrate a milestone or simply write a few words your child will always know came from you.

The message is printed beneath the title and author on the title page. Leave it blank if you would rather keep the page simple.

A first page made personal

Your Words, in Your Voice

Your dedication is a personal inscription, not part of the generated story. The message stays yours, whether it is a simple "With all our love," a family phrase, a favourite memory or a wish for the years ahead.

Ava and the
Moonlit Garden

by Grandma Rose

For Ava, on her fifth birthday. May you always find a little magic wherever you look.

Love always, Grandma.

No pressure

Optional, but Unforgettable

The author and dedication step is optional. If you keep the defaults, the book remains complete; if you add your own words, it becomes a gift carrying a piece of its maker on the very first page.

A Keepsake From Someone Special

Stories are remembered for what happens inside them. Personal books are also remembered for who made them. An author credit and dedication turn the finished story into a message that lasts.
